My directing style can be described as a positive, unambiguous collective creation process. I don't believe that artist's desires and imagination should be ignored in the creative process, neither should they be without guidance; in the rehearsal room, we lay the groundwork and discuss boundaries first, establish relationships and collaboration preferences second, and then create room for play and new discoveries within those establishments.
